How We Work:
Working intuitively, we move the energy of the session through use of language, story, mindful awareness of thoughts, feelings and sensations, breath, imagery, voice, movement, nature, art and our relationships with our clients. We empower our clients with tangible skills so they can be their own sanctuary, even in their darkest hour.
Through loving awareness, we learn to experience each passing moment fully, non-judgmentally and with self-compassion for our experience. When we choose to show up for ourselves, no matter how uncomfortable and unknown the territory may be, we start to finally live a conscious and awakened life. And when we show up for ourselves as best we can daily, we relax into self-trust. Self-trust leads to self-love and the belief in one’s own power. From here, anything is possible!

WHAT TO EXPECT IN A SESSION
In somatic and mindfulness-based therapy, we often begin with whatever feels accessible to you right now, in your mind, body and heart. From here, we transition from storytelling into a mindful exploration of what is emerging inside. This is the trailhead that will lead to awareness, understanding, healing, transformation and integration.
Sessions are guided intuitively using a blend of all our tools, attuned to what the moment calls for. Following the moment-to-moment unfolding of the session, we support you in awakening your healing potential and the fullest expression of your aliveness.
However you are and whatever you feel is truly accepted. You can expect a compassionate, open, and judgment-free zone where you can feel at ease and just be.
