MY ROLE AS A THERAPIST
My role as a therapist is to cultivate a space of warmth, curiosity, and supportive connection. I believe that relationships are a central part of the healing process, and that we grow within the context of safe, attuned, and supportive connection. The therapeutic relationship serves as a compassionate observer working in collaboration with you to co-create a safe space for deeper self-exploration, authentic expression, and acceptance. The goal is never to “fix” something, but to be with each experience while offering integrative approaches to discover deeper insight. Meeting you exactly where you are moment to moment and opening space for transformation through authentic self-expression. It’s always my deepest honor to witness you on your journey home to a deeper meaning and relationship with self.
MY APPROACH TO HELPING
It is my belief that we all have an innate need to live a life connected to meaning, purpose, and authenticity. There are many thresholds in life that call us into deeper embodiment of this truth that requires a safe space to be seen, known, and supported in this process of becoming. My approach is rooted in the idea that healing happens in moments of genuine connection, curiosity, and integration of meaning. Providing a safe container to dive deep into self-exploration to support the unfolding process of self-discovery, ultimately uncovering a path of healing that feels right for you. My approach is shaped by both lived experience and clinical training, honoring the power of evidence-based, non-judgmental spaces, as well as the role of spiritual connection in the meaning making process that goes beyond the limits of ridged perspectives.
With a background in energy work, yoga, and mindfulness, I bring a somatic, experiential, and intuitive lens to the therapeutic process, holding space for you to be known in every layer of your truth. I view healing as a holistic process that weaves together the mental, emotional, physical, relational, spiritual, and systemic aspects of our lives. In our journey together, my purpose is to cultivate a collaborative space with you as the wisdom holder of your experience to support a deeper connection to self, restore a sense of agency, align with your purpose, and create a life that feels deeply meaningful to you.
ABOUT ME
My work is deeply rooted in personal experience, transformation, and a commitment to compassionate self-understanding. Earlier in life, I struggled with a sense of identity and belonging, which eventually led me to a place of surrender and openness to something more. From that space, I began a journey of intentional inner work by learning to meet myself with curiosity, compassion, and consistency. Through this process, I developed a deep respect for the courage it takes to face resistance and create meaningful, lasting change. I understand healing as both a gentle unfolding and an active aligned practice.
Over time, I was able to cultivate a new authentic relationship with my body, intuition, and spirituality which I now view as essential parts of the healing process. Through embodied practices, I came to trust the body as a source of wisdom and learned how emotions can be processed through awareness, breath, and presence. As a relational therapist, I view our relationships as powerful mirrors that reflect our inner world and offer opportunities for growth and healing. I believe we are not meant to navigate life alone, and I feel honored to support others on their journey, meeting you wherever you are, with compassion, curiosity, and genuine support.
